I had been having hip and back issues since retiring from playing gaa. It was starting to effect my daily life. The lads at optimal scanned and put together a plan for me and weekly I have seen changes to my daily life. Now have no pain and i am starting back with training again. Couldn’t recommend the team at optimal chiropractic enough!

I am so glad Dr Ben at Optimal Chiropractic was recommended to me by a friend who is already attending the office. Having suffered with vertigo and hip pain and did not look forward to facing surgery in the future; now my fears are no more thankfully! In general my whole health as improved no end. I got my health back and I learned to live “well”. I am still under regular chiropractic care. I went to optimal chiropractic out of curiosity in the beginning and ended up finding out things I never knew. I was getting regularly headaches and never linked them to my nervous system but after starting with optimal and learning new things, it helped me understand how things work. I am currently attending optimal chiropractic for chronic back pain ,I am 2 months into a 3 month program and find the minimal invasive adjustments helpful along with the yoga stretch s assigned to me, this has allowed me to be more productive and come off some of my medications, would highly recommend.

I have been attending the Optimal Chiropractic since December. On my first visit I was not in a great place mentally and physically and the warm welcome you receive. I was just blown away one of them was nicer than the next .I have been attending now for 4 months (it is a commitment as I was travelling to Cork every week in the beginning) but I feel so much better in myself my back has improved not 100 percent yet but I’m 90 percent there. Fantastic practise and team of people, extremely professional and incredibly friendly. Such a nice atmosphere every time I go in for my adjustments. Always giving tips and tricks to help along the journey, very informative and knowledgeable.

The treatments (adjustments), advice and exercises really helped my neck and lower back, overall posture and feeling of well-being. At the end of the 12 visits, the inflammation had reduced and mobility without pain increased. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. I went to Optimal Chiropractic to get my lower back pain seen to. From the start, I found the team really proactive from the get go! They were really great on their approach, the treatment provided and explaining the journey and process was clear and precise along the way. I have been in care of optimal chiropractic for the past 2 months the whole team are really friendly and helpful as i lost hope in getting help with my issue i found that they r really able to help, found that after the 2 months i feel better than i used to before i started. Absolutely was recommend it.

I would recommend Optimal Chiropractic to everyone. 3 months ago I couldn’t do everyday things but now I can walk without pain. I can do my everyday things like sitting down and standing up. I can get in and out of bed like everyone else. All the staff are wonderful and can work around your lifestyle for your appointments. My journey with them has been amazing.

I cannot recommend Ben, Noah and team enough. Their work nothing short of miracles. As long as you follow their advise (exercises, stretches etc.) in between appointments you will really reap the benefits.
They are also a small team and get to know patients. It’s like calling in for a catch up with friends at each visit.
