I took advantage of the €40 assessment offer on FB and I am delighted that I took the chance. I was blown away with the complete initial assessment, which includes scans, balance tests etc. and highlighted the exact areas that I was struggling with. After 2 months, the reduction of the pain /discomfort levels in my lower back and neck is significant, as well as a dramatic increase in flexibility and range of motion. I am sleeping better and feeling more rested as I am not waking in discomfort during the night. The biggest plus for me is the lack of the 'crunching' noise that I was so anxious about and shared with the team at my initial consultation.. The adjustments are comfortable and relaxing and I don't even have to take my shoes off!! I've suffered with prolapsed discs for many years , I've tried epidural injections , I've tried osteopaths and I even tried using a personal trainer to help strengthen my back all to no avail. I couldn't even help my wife with the grocery shopping. I was in agony and had enough. Then I saw Dr Ben's post on Facebook and said to myself that I'll give him a go , what have I got too lose! After 3 months I am a different man he has in my mind performed a miracle. I will still need to see him periodically going forward but that's a small price to pay for giving me back my life. A life-changing experience! Life changing. I've suffered with longstanding sciatica more than 5 years, came in at 8 weeks pregnant when I could no longer walk. I've had lovely physios and GPS over the years but no one could help when I was pregnant. Dr Ben and all the team knew they could and they've gotten me through the whole second trimester with pretty much no pain. Able to go for walks again and stand more comfortably. I've been attending Ben's practice as a client for the past 6 weeks and to say its been life changing is an understatement.
