Life changing. I’ve suffered with longstanding sciatica more than 5 years, came in at 8 weeks pregnant when I could no longer walk. I’ve had lovely physios and GPS over the years but no one could help when I was pregnant. Dr Ben and all the team knew they could and they’ve gotten me through the whole second trimester with pretty much no pain. Able to go for walks again and stand more comfortably. Looking forward to continuing my care with them.

I’ve been attending Ben’s practice as a client for the past 6 weeks and to say its been life changing is an understatement. I was experiencing a lot of low back and pelvis pain being 30 weeks pregnant and I was struggling with walking, day to day tasks and it was even affecting my sleep. I was completely miserable and had resigned myself to another 10 weeks of torture. Ben offered to take a look at me and within less then two weeks I was pain free. Having had a really bad experience with another person I was very hesitant to sign up with Ben and the team. Also having spent thousands on many other practitioners to fix my lower middle back and neck, at my age this was my last shot . Construction has made me an old man before my time but since having sessions with the team there is light at the end of the tunnel . My neck is now moving more than it has in as far back as I can remember , lower back no issues. I’ve a few more sessions on my neck so I should be heading back to normalcy soon . I went to optimal chiropractic out of curiosity in the beginning and ended up finding out things I never knew. I was getting regularly headaches and never linked them to my nervous system but after starting with optimal and learning new things, it helped me understand how things work. It’s been 5 weeks since I last got a headache which has been amazing for me. I would highly recommend going for a visit and all staff members are very friendly and nice.

I am currently attending optimal chiropractic for chronic back pain ,I am 2 months into a 3 month program and find the minimal invasive adjustments helpful along with the yoga stretch s assigned to me, this has allowed me to be more productive and come off some of my medications, would highly recommend.

I have been attending the Optimal Chiropractic since December. On my first visit I was not in a great place mentally and physically and the warm welcome you receive. I was just blown away one of them was nicer than the next .I have been attending now for 4 months (it is a commitment as I was travelling to Cork every week in the beginning) but I feel so much better in myself my back has improved not 100 percent yet but I’m 90 percent there.
