Sarah
Chiropractic Assistant
Sarah joined the Optimal Chiropractic team in October 2024, but she’s already become an invaluable part of the patient experience. As a Chiropractic Assistant, she wears many hats -answering phones, booking appointments, taking scans, gathering new patient histories, and guiding patients through exercises and stretches. Her calm, friendly energy helps create the welcoming atmosphere the clinic is known for.
What Sarah enjoys most about her role is seeing the transformation in patients. “I love watching people improve over time,” she says. “The clinic has such a calm, supportive energy, and it’s a great place to be.”
Sarah’s own journey with chiropractic began after years of struggling with back pain. “I expected it to be painful at first,” she admits, “but the care was gentle, personalised, and incredibly effective.” Since then, her mobility and quality of life have improved dramatically – an experience that fuels her passion for helping others discover the same benefits.
To Sarah, what makes Optimal Chiropractic unique is its patient-centred culture. “Everyone here is focused on getting the very best outcomes for the people we care for. And the patients are so engaged – they do their part too, which makes a big difference.”
Her motivation every day? Watching the journey from pain to freedom. “It’s amazing to see people who came in struggling start to feel strong, healthy, and full of life again. That never gets old.”
When she’s not supporting patients, Sarah enjoys a wide range of mindful activities, including reading, reformer pilates, and yoga. Recently, she’s been diving into the world of gardening in her new home, working on her green thumb one plant at a time.
Sarah has an impressively diverse background – she’s a qualified journalist, dog groomer, and dog trainer!
Her happy place is anywhere peaceful and quiet, far from the hustle and bustle, and being around family and friends is the one thing that never fails to make her smile.
