Chris
Chiropractic Assistant
With over 14 years of dedicated service at Optimal Chiropractic, Chris plays a key role in taking patient histories, performing scans, and assisting the doctors throughout the day to ensure each visit runs smoothly. Her warm, caring nature helps patients feel comfortable from the moment they walk in, and her genuine passion for improving lives is evident in every interaction.
Chris’s journey into chiropractic care began personally – she experienced vertigo and turned to chiropractic for help. “I was nervous at first, not knowing what to expect,” she recalls. “But after care, my vertigo completely disappeared.” That experience gave her a powerful insight into the healing potential of chiropractic and inspired her ongoing passion for the work.
One of the biggest surprises for Chris was learning how much the spine and nervous system influence overall health. She now sees chiropractic not just as a solution for back pain, but as a natural, whole-body and mind approach to wellness. She’s proud to be part of a clinic that’s professional, detail-oriented, and genuinely committed to improving lives.
When she’s not helping patients, Chris enjoys reading, knitting, and catching up with friends. A nature lover at heart, her happy place is walking in the woods, where she finds peace and inspiration. She and her family share their home with a quirky little companion – Vector the robot, a source of endless amusement.
Despite her many talents, Chris freely admits she does not have green fingers – and her houseplants can confirm it! But what always brings a smile to her face is simple: being in nature, surrounded by fresh air and tranquility.
