Friday night, 21st November, turned into a truly special moment for all of us at Optimal Chiropractic. At the Cork Business Awards in the Radisson Hotel, Little Island – an event expertly hosted by TV presenter Miriam O’Callaghan – we proudly accepted the prestigious Cork Chiropractic Clinic of the Year 2025 award.
I had already committed to a conference in the UK, so my wife Siobhán, together with Mary and Sarah, stepped up to represent our entire team and collect the award on our behalf.
When the winner was announced, the presenter read out the following words – words that truly capture what we strive for every single day:
